Well, all I can say is: Zombies. It’s not the only reason I love this movie. But zombies always help.
I’ve never played the game, so I’ve never compared the two, which is another reason I love it so much. The main character is a kick-ass female who has no memory of anything, but when it comes down to the issues at hand, she doesn’t take a step back. Nope, she’s right there in the thick of it. Which is why she’s my favorite zombie-fighting hero. Next to Rain, of course.
Plot holes? Yes, but most movies have those. Action filled? Yup. Suspense & mystery? Um, not really, because those are all easily figured out within the first 30 minutes. Characters to remember and root for? Definitely.
And yes, I am always a sucker for movies that have females that are the heroes and save everyone from themselves (and sometimes zombies).
